How to place an order?

  • Go to the SHOP section & browse through selection of available products.
  • Add & manage desired items into your cart.
  • Please double check the items in your cart as we would not be accepting cancellation of orders once your order is submitted/confirmed.
  • Proceed to checkout and fill out the form before your screen.
  • Modes of payment: Paypal, Debit Card / Credit Card, Gcash or COD.
  • Wait for an email confirmation and your orders will be prepared for shipment.
  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to your email address.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes. Just follow the steps on how to order online.

What courier will be used in shipping items within the country?

Courier might vary depending on your location.

  • JRS, LBC, J&T and DHL for Domestic orders.
  • FedEx for International orders.

How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee will depend on your quantity of your order(s) and its weight. The starting price of the shipping fee will be ₱120 and will increase depending on the weight of your item(s) and location.  

How many days will it take to receive my order(s)?

Expect to have your orders after 7-14 working days from the date of receiving your email confirmation.

You may track your orders through the email confirmation that will be sent to you.

*Orders may take longer than expected on peak seasons.

Shipment hasn't arrived within the given time period.

What we can do is to help you track your parcels and monitor its current location once the order have already been shipped out. With regards to the date on when you’ll receive the items is already beyond our control. For this matter, you can verify and ask for a follow-up the chosen courier.

Where's the size chart?

Size Chart is located on menu bar. You may choose your desired fit depending on your preferences.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

Generally, only defective items or wrong order/s sent by our staff may be exchanged. But reasonable cases like wrong sizing can be an exception to the rule. You can find the detailed Return/Exchange policy here.

Once orders are confirmed, we cannot cancel it anymore. We do not accept refunds.

Why is the shirt/size I want not shown/available in the website?

If a size or specific design/item is not included means it is already unavailable but there is a possibility of its reappearance in our website.

Can I get free stickers?

Sure! Whenever you make a purchase of our products you will receive a free sticker pack.

I want to work with the team. How do I join?
